From Humble Beginnings to Culinary Mastery

Bohemios Tapas Bar was born out of a passion for exceptional wine and a desire to create a place where people could savor the best flavors from around the world. Founded by Blosmer León, who originally hails from Venezuela, Bohemios is more than just a restaurant – it’s a testament to perseverance, passion, and the love of good food.

Blosmer’s journey began far from the kitchen. As an accountant in his native Venezuela, he never imagined he would one day become a chef and restaurateur. But when he moved to the United States, he embraced a new path. Starting as a dishwasher, Blosmer worked tirelessly, mastering every role in the kitchen. His determination, curiosity, and love for the culinary arts eventually led him to the top – where he is now not only the head chef but also the proud owner of Bohemios.

Initially, Blosmer set out to create a haven for wine lovers, offering an extensive selection of wines from around the world. But his vision evolved, and with it, the menu. Infusing his Venezuelan roots with Spanish traditions, he introduced tapas – small, flavorful dishes perfect for sharing and pairing with fine wine.
